COMPLAINTS REGISTRATION FORM
If you wish to file a complaint regarding the services offered by Dolo Trans Olimp, in connection with work relations with the company (as an employee) or in connection with the interaction with an employee of the company, please fill out the form below:
Your personal data is processed by Dolo Trans Olimp for the purpose of resolving the petition. In order to achieve this goal, the data may be disclosed to third parties. Your data are stored only for the period necessary to fulfill the duties, after which they will be archived according to the applicable legislation. The persons whose personal data are processed by Dolo Trans Olimp can exercise their rights provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation through a request sent to the address: Zona Comerciala 7, village Geamana, Bradu commune, Arges county or to the e-mail address: dpo @dto.ro
The notification on the website must be received at the email address: reclamatii@dto.ro, the address is already functional.Then, the person sending the petition must see/receive the automatic message:
I received and registered your petition. We will send you an answer within 10 working days from the date of submission. If the issues presented require an urgent solution, the petition will be evaluated quickly.

- by phone: 0749845322 (no. with normal rate, the complaint can be submitted by phone, via sms or whatsup)
- the registration office within the Dolo Trans Olimp headquarters/workpoints.
